Department of Shalyatantra, Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital in association with Himalaya Drug Company organized one day ‘Free Piles Treatment Camp, on 19/11/2021.
The camp was inaugurated by the Principal of Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College, Dr. Sajith M by lighting the lamp. Medical Superintendent and HOD of the Shalyatantra department Dr. Manjunatha Bhat, spoke a few words about the relevance of conducting piles camp. Faculty of Shalyatantra department- Dr. Sukesh, Dr. Mahabalesh, Dr. Vidya, P.G Dean Dr. Raviprasad Hegde, representatives from Himalaya Drug Company, P.G Scholars and Interns were present during the inaugural function. The event was moderated by Dr. Shankar Prasad, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Shalyatantra.
During the camp, free consultation for all anorectal diseases, free medicine, concessional treatment and complete information regarding diet and lifestyle were provided to the patients.
