One-day Orientation Programme for Interns was conducted on 22/09/2021 at Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Vidyagiri, Moodbidri. The program began with a prayer song by Amrutheshwari CH followed by a formal inauguration by lighting the lamps. In the Inaugural function Medical Superintendent, Dr. Manjunatha Bhat explained the importance of Internships and duties to be done by Interns during this period. Principal and CMO, Dr. Sajith M. in his presidential address highlighted the importance of various postings during internship and stressed the students to learn the art of practice without wasting time. Assistant Medical Superintendent Dr. Vikram Kumar welcomed the gathering. Internee coordinator, Dr. Smitha Bhat delivered the vote of thanks. The inaugural function was followed by light refreshment. After refreshment, OPD consultants from different departments gave orientation to interns regarding respective departmental hospital activities.
