Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College, Moodbidri, welcomed the fresh batch undergraduate students with an Induction and Orientation program to BAMS education – “Samaahita” on 3.3.2021 at V S Acharya Vedike, Vidyagiri, Moodbidri.
Dr. Vinay Alva, Managing Director, Alva’s Health Centre & Managing Trustee of Alva’s Education Foundation ® Moodbidri, inaugurated the program by lighting the lamps. In his Inaugural address, he highlighted the quality education provided by AAMC.
The program was presided over by Dr. Sajith. M, Principal AAMC. In his speech, he congratulated the students and their families for choosing this institution and ensured full support of the institution for their academics and curriculum.
Dr. Hana Shetty, Gynecologist, AHC and Managing Trustee of Alva’s Education Foundation ® Moodbidri was also present in the program.
Dr. Gayathri Holla has done the welcome speech.
The Master of the ceremony was done by Dr. Geetha M, and a Vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Arjun.
An overview was given to the students regarding subjects and syllabus of each year by Dr. Gayathri Holla. Guidelines were given regarding rules to be followed during their academic tenure. Each student also gave a brief self-introduction regarding them.
