Summary
As a part of National Ayurveda Day celebration 2023, Department of Swasthavritta, Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College and hospital along with BAMS students, organised an awareness programme to general public at Thenkamijar. Awareness was created about common knowledge on Ayurveda, various branches of Ayurveda & other aspects like Dinacharya, Ritucharya, Ahara-vihara to be followed in all the ritus. 100 houses were visited & questionnaire was provided for the assessment. This programme helped to improve the knowledge on Ayurveda among the public.
