Summary
As a part of National Ayurveda Day celebration 2023, Department of Swasthavritta, Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College and hospital conducted a health awareness talk at Carmel CBSE school, Moodbiri on 03/11/23 between 9:30 and 11:00 am for the upper primary grade students. The program was served by Dr. Keziah Mary George, Assistant professor as the resource person, on the topic: Nutrition and healthy habits in adolescent age group. The students were educated and awareness was created among them about various healthy practices. The program was concluded with question and answer session for the students to clarify their doubts. They enthusiastically participated in the session and promised to follow the good habits.
