Summary
As a part of National Ayurveda Day celebration 2023, Department of Swasthavritta, Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College and hospital along with BAMS students,visited Arogya Mattu Kshema Kendra a branch of Ayushman Bharat Arogya Kendra Badagumijar on 9th November. Miss Divya the community Health Officer was sensitized regarding the use of various principle of Ayurveda which included Diet, Lifestyle, Yoga, Dinacharya regimen and so on in the prevention and management of various Non-communicable diseases.
